The backend was working with our mobile frontend and we started to prepare presentations to get some business contacts. We wanted to sell your Bitjoe software for some real big money. Years and changes happen and we had to close the GmbH because the taxes had to be paid and there was no income. Bitjoe Communication was cancelled but the product still lives on. So there was a plan to revitalise it under the new brand BuzzerStar. BuzzerStar should make a lot of things in a different way so that we get the old Bitjoe finally to economic success and I am the product manager for that new case. Presenting BuzzerStar BuzzerStar is the new brand that is used to take the whole technology, source code, protocols, software and presentations from the old Bitjoe Communication GmbH and lead it to economic success. Normally you will only see the frontend on your mobile phone. We have a three year plan for BuzzerStar. Currently paying BuzzerStar is done with the help of an abo model where the use pays via credit card and gets his software access via email he can then install into his mobile phone. We want to give the user the freedom to pay for the app to get full access or not to pay for the app and use only a cut down version. Despite that the user has a full 7 day free trial version that has full access. Furthermore we built in a banner that generates some income for us despite that Free2Pay Model. This all requires reprogramming and is part of the relaunch. The second step is to develop an IPhone version of our software and distribute it on the internet with included new and modern XML Protocol interfaces. The third and last step is to find an investor and promote our software in other countries or to sell the whole software package to the highest bidder. BuzzerStar is a mobile multimedia download search engine for mobiles and Smartphones with unique and outstanding features that has no other product here in Germany. The whole process is been controlled by some moderators from atizo.com. Now the company initialized the Innovation process that is being used by Innovators to fully integrate themselves into that process by using discussions, use methods of Innovation to get more specific information 5. The fifth part is the Innovation process itself, where interesting ideas are collected and being stored for further processing 6. They choose what ideas to make products out of it 7. Here the company finally decide what ideas to take into account for their own processing After we have taken a closer look at the Innovation Community process we now want to state how to integrate BuzzerStar project into the Innovation Community. Most of the time bureaucratic leaders archive their position because of their possibility and ability to conform and uphold rules, not because of their qualifications. Of course you should also have skilled, experienced, hard working team members to fulfil your regularly tasks. The most positive side of laissez-faire leadership is that you can give team members enough autonomy to fulfil their tasks and that can create high job satisfaction and increased productivity. Here in the people oriented leadership approach every team member is equal, we act friendly and approachable. The benefit of this leadership style is that these leaders create teams that everyone wants to take part in or wants to take part in it. Team members are often more productive and willing to take risks because they know that the leader will help then in case of problems. The downside is that some leaders can take the welfare of their teams over the development of tasks and projects they have to work on. Task Oriented Leadership Task oriented leader only focus on getting the job done and that can be very autocratic. They define the tasks and the required roles, create structures, plan, organize and monitor their work. Task oriented leaders also perform tasks like creating and maintaining standards for performance. The positive aspect is that it insures that deadlines are hold and met and its good for team members that cant organize their time schedule very well. The Leadership approach for BuzzerStar As we have seen there is a wide area of possible leaderships available to choose from when it comes to realization. He decides on his own and made a lot of mistakes. In contrast to that, I give tasks, team can work it on their own with my help and they can integrate themselves in the development process. The crowd should develop different promotion measures for social media like Facebook or Twitter. I will organize that process as a product manager. I will guide the members of the innovation process through that Innovation process we have learned earlier. If my BuzzerStar team decides that we should integrate idea A and I think the opposite way then this is basis for some discussions. I control and guide the innovation process through the innovation community but I also integrate my team into that task.
